It's been a year since we took residence in the house built for us by Dolphin Homes, and we remain very satisfied customers. With a loose idea of what we wanted, and what we could realistically afford, you worked with us to create an excellent home that has proven to be both attractive and uniquely functional for our family. You were honest in our discussions and made us feel valued as customers. We were told what to expect and how long the building process would likely take (the house was completed ahead of schedule). Throughout the construction phase you remained accessible and your site supervisor, Brian, maintained a presence at the job site, answered questions, and effectively managed subcontractors.

The longer we remain in this house, and the more we listen to our neighbor's (less than favorable) stories regarding their own building experiences, the more we appreciate your fine work. We would recommend Dolphin Homes heartily to anyone interested in building a quality home. Thank you.
